WebIn some cases, you may feel an irregularity of the pulse, a flip-flopping sensation in the chest, along with chest pain and/or discomfort. Some runners also experience shortness of breath, tightens in the chest and the feeling that your heart is about to stop and leave you for dead, which is pretty scary!
